Waters (Chemical) Customer Survey
In late 2010, PTA conducted a survey targeted at participants of its Waters (Chemical) proficiency testing program.
We had a terrific response, with 42 completed surveys returned. We thank all those who provided this valuable feedback. The outcomes have been tabulated and reviewed. Some of the main points identified are detailed below:
- When asked to comment on the overall quality of the Waters (Chemical) proficiency testing programs, 100% of respondents indicated a favourable resultŦ (Question 1).
- Ninety-eight percent (98%) of respondents indicated a favourable result when asked to comment on the content of the program reports in providing an evaluation of the testing performance (Question 5).
- The selection of determinants used in the Waters (Chemical) programs to meet laboratories needs was rated favourably by 74%Ŧ of participants (Question 9).
- Participants were asked how useful the programs were in demonstrating their testing performance to other bodies, with 92% returning a favourable response (Question 18).
- Sixty-one percent (61%Ŧ) of respondents indicated a favourable result when asked to comment on the value for money of these programs (Question 21).
Ŧ Note: A "favourable result" includes a response of "Excellent," "Very Good" or "Good." A favourable result of less
than 75% requires review.
