During October 2008, PTA will be involved in an international training activity.
On 27 - 31 October PTA will host in our Sydney office two staff officers from Papua New Guinea Laboratory Accreditation Service with training on proficiency testing based on current PTA testing and calibration programs.
PTA consider this training not only important for the participants in the development of their own systems but also for PTA to identify international demand for proficiency services and as an internal monitoring tool of our own systems. Through interaction with participants you need to justify your own procedures as a check against international best practice.
